Clean Strip is a highly alkaline product which strips fats, dirt, grease, oil and carbon deposits from ferrous, cupreous alloyed and stainless steel surfaces. It contains detergents to give maximum solution life, penetration and rinseability. Clean Strip is USDA approved and can be used for general cleaning in all departments.
